WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

A warehouse associate is required for any company that receives or delivers shipments. The emphasis of this job is on accurately and efficiently pulling items for shipment, packing them correctly, and updating a computer database once work is completed. Warehouse associates scan products in the warehouse on a regular basis to ensure that all items are properly placed or put away. This position is also in charge of keeping the warehouse clean and orderly.

Warehouse workers load and unload materials for shipping as well as unload incoming shipments. They physically move products that are either being shipped or being received for storage. Material is also counted, sorted, weighed, and unpacked by warehouse workers.
